Susan Ford is President of SEMMA Health and is responsible for SEMMA's overall strategic growth as well as operational excellence and client development and service.
Previously, Susan was a tenured Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates working with a global client base across all industries. She partnered with C-suite executives to ensure their talent strategies were aligned to their desired business outcomes. From small PE-backed organizations to Fortune 500 organizations, Susan's passion has been matching people to culture for team success and optimum organizational performance. Throughout the course of her time with Russell Reynolds, Susan has worked closely with and recruited many CHROs. Previously Susan worked with Citi in various operational and HR roles in multiple lines of business. Over the course of her professional career, Susan has lived and worked in England, Japan, New York, Chicago and now South Bend.
Susan earned her B.S. in human and organizational development, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University, her M.Sc. in social policy and planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an Executive Management Certificate from University of Notre Dame.

Brent Kitts is the Chief Financial Officer of SEMMA Health and is responsible for helping the company achieve its financial goals and objectives, as well as optimizing the company’s operating performance.
Brent brings over eight years of broad finance, accounting and business advisory expertise with a specialization in healthcare. Prior to joining SEMMA Health, Brent served as the interim CFO for a $140MM+ private healthcare services organization where he managed all financial-related activities of the company. Additionally, he led the spinout and consolidation of several of the company’s ancillary business lines into a separate operating company and then helped raise outside investment capital for the new company’s expansion initiatives. Prior to this role, Brent spent five years in public accounting where he provided assurance and business advisory services to healthcare and other professional services related businesses. In this role, Brent managed quarterly and annual assurance engagements for his clients, as well as partnered with business owners to help them understand their business challenges and achieve their strategic goals. Brent’s competitive drive and passion for resolving difficult business problems led him to take on the toughest clients and quickly made him a leader within the firm.
A native of Portland, Oregon, Brent earned his B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from the University of Oregon and his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated magna cum laude.

Ericka Benson is a Partner with SEMMA Health. She is responsible for identifying, cultivating and managing strategic partner relationships with corporate clients, provider partners, industry partners and community leaders to advance SEMMA’s mission through strategic initiatives and objectives in order to achieve our vision.
Ericka provides health benefits consultation and ongoing analyses to employer clients -identifying actionable insights as well as data driven opportunities to maximize their benefits while reducing overall cost.
Additionally, by creating direct provider relationships with SEMMA’s Preferred Provider Partners, Ericka is able to support employer client’s long term goals and ensure their plan members have access to quality, affordable healthcare; as well as support our Preferred Provider Partners strategic growth.
Ericka brings a diverse skill set to SEMMA Health, earned from nearly 25 years of entrepreneurship, sales, and philanthropy. As a teenager, she co-founded the J. Red Peach Foundation where she began as the Foundation Secretary/Treasurer and currently serves as the Vice President and Project Developer - primarily focusing on enriching the lives of underprivileged children in the local community.
Ericka is a native to the Michiana Region and received her Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a business concentration from Holy Cross College where she made the Dean’s List and graduated with the highest academic honors.
Beverly Paul

Beverly Paul is a Data Specialist for SEMMA Health and is responsible for bringing a clinical perspective to the use and organization of big data as it applies to both specific client needs and the development of SEMMA’s overall applications.
Beverly brings over 26 years of experience in the healthcare field where she has been able to develop skills both clinically and administratively. Most recently, Beverly served as a Strategic Analyst for Beacon Health System where she was responsible for managing large datasets across the system. This experience has informed Beverly’s ability to find unique insights in the SEMMA platform to benefit SEMMA clients. Prior to her Strategic Analyst role, Beverly was employed at Elkhart General Hospital in surgery as a surgical technologist and as the system administrator for the surgery documentation application for Surgical Services. She also has experience in finance as a Financial Analyst.
A native of Indiana, Beverly lives in Elkhart and is a graduate of Purdue University and IVY Tech.
Lauren Carroll

Lauren Thornton is the Controller of SEMMA Health and is responsible for the company’s daily finance and accounting functions.
Prior to joining GAP, Lauren was an Accounting Manager at Fidus Investment Corporation, a publicly traded business development company headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, where she managed all aspects of the company’s accounting function, as well as the company’s internal and external financial reporting. Previously, Lauren worked as a Financial Reporting Associate at Citadel LLC and as a senior audit associate at KPMG Chicago.
A native of Texas, Lauren earned her B.B.A. in accounting and her Masters of Science in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
Brian Davis

Brian Davis, in his Data Anaylst role at SEMMA Health is responsible for continuously finding new insights in SEMMA's data.
Prior to joining GAP, Brian had an entrepreneurial background and a series of finance-focused internships. Brian worked at Discover Financial Services helping to develop a new personal loan product. Brian also worked extensively with entrepreneurs to help them develop start-up businesses through the McCloskey Business Plan Competition at Notre Dame. Brian's passion for entrepreneurialism started as an owner of Pizzeria Siegfried which had an annual growth rate of 150% under his leadership.
Brian received his B.S. in business administration with a specialization in finance from University of Notre Dame. He also pursued an elective focus in pre-medical studies and chemistry.
Erin Meyer

Erin Meyer, PA-C, is a Data Specialist for SEMMA Health and is responsible for providing clinical expertise and insight into data analysis from the perspective of a healthcare provider.
Erin has 8 years’ experience as a Physician Assistant in the fields of orthopedic surgery, trauma, emergency medicine, and oncology. She is currently practicing as a PA at Ascendant Orthopedic Alliance where she sees patients in clinic and orthopedic urgent care settings. She also has extensive experience working in surgery and on inpatient floors at academic medical centers,ambulatory surgical centers, and smaller surgical hospitals. Erin’s applied experiences allow her to provide firsthand knowledge to big data and healthcare intelligence.
A native of Peoria, Illinois, Erin earned her B.A. in comparative human development with a concentration in biology from the University of Chicago, where she was a member of the Dean’s list and a member of the women’s volleyball team. She has also earned a M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University. Erin is a Certified Physician Assistant with a current license in Indiana and has certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.
Mindi Dugard

Mindi Dugard, RN, is a Clinical Data Specialist for SEMMA Health and is responsible for using her clinical lens to find innovative ways to analyze data and provide insights. She also works closely with SEMMA’s provider partners.
Mindi brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to SEMMA. She has worked as a staff nurse in Pediatrics, Neonatal Intensive Care and Maternity units at various hospitals around the country. In addition, she was the Assistant Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at UCLA Medical Center. Most recently Mindi worked for the Michiana Health Information Network (MHIN), a Cerner-based health information exchange, in various roles including training and implementation of Cerner PowerChart applications for Providers in hospital and ambulatory care settings; care transition with a focus on streamlining the referral process from hospitals to other levels of care: she also served as the Principal Investigator along with community partners gathering and analyzing data in an effort to improve outcomes.
Mindi earned her B.S. in Nursing at Indiana University where she sat on the Dean’s Student Advisory Board and was an active member of the National Student Nurses’ Association.
Ryan Callahan

Ryan Callahan is Director of Product Development at BMI/SEMMA Health and is responsible for product strategy, design, and deployment. To ensure products anticipate and consistently deliver on clients’ priorities, he leads product maintenance, modernization, and innovation efforts together with a multi-disciplinary team of technical and industry experts.
In prior roles, Ryan led product and project teams at McKinsey & Company where he served clients in the healthcare provider, payer, and pharmaceutical sectors. He has partnered across the healthcare value chain with senior clinicians, administrators, investors, and business executives to design and deploy digital solutions addressing pricing, organizational transformation, talent management, and growth strategy problems.
Ryan brings a passion for using data and analytics to drive patient-centered and value-based improvements in healthcare. Earlier in his career, Ryan was a health policy fellow at the Institute of Global Health Innovation, where he advised UK health system leaders on informatics, oncology, and patient safety topics and published research in leading journals.
Ryan holds a BSFS in Biotechnology and Global Affairs, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. At Georgetown, he served as CEO of the Corp, the largest student-run business in the country. Ryan then worked in Chicago, Liberia (West Africa), London, and New Jersey before returning home to Indiana, now living in South Bend.
